RETURNS:

All items returned to us need to use this form RMA Form

To make a return, fill in the RMA form, Print it. Place a copy in with the returned item and send it to us via the address provided on the RMA form. There is no need to call us before sending the product back.

All returns must be unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging. It is very important we receive the item with the original packaging. Used items are not eligible for return unless specified by manufacturers warranty or guarantee.

Incorrect orders: We pay for the shipping both ways.

If you received a product that is not what you ordered, we will exchange the item for you at no charge and credit your Credit Card for the postage used to send it back. Call us for a Pre-Paid Return Postage label 888-473-3762

Defective Items: We pay for the shipping both ways.

If your item is damaged or defective we will exchange the item for you at no charge. This means you get the same product that you ordered sent back to you. Please use the RMA Form

Exchanges: You pay postage and we will exchange for unused items.

If you would like to exchange your unused item for another item, we will exchange the item for you and make any adjustments to your Credit Card for postage. This means you pay for postage to us and postage for exchanged item back to you. Please use the RMA Form

Return Without Exchange: You Pay Postage

If you want to return your unused item without an exchange, we'll refund everything except the postage fees. Please use the RMA Form

Price Match & Price Protection

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices online.  But, should find a better price for an item that you have purchased or want to purchase, we will match that price plus take an additional 10% off.  Itís easy; just Call us at 888-473-3762

Price Protection
Buy with confidence. If an item you have purchased from us goes on sale for a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. 

Price Match
If you find a lower online price (including shipping, handling and delivery) on an identical branded item, we will match that total price plus, give you 10% of the difference. Qualifying items must show price clearly visible on the site. The item must be in stock with another authorized dealer.

Limitations
The following circumstances do not qualify:
Quantity discounts. Hidden price, or add to cart. Discontinued items. Bonuses, Cash-back or membership offers. Bundled item offers, rebates, financing offers, coupons, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise. We will not match typographical errors or competitorsí prices that result from a price match.  This price match policy excludes auction sites and web sites offering membership program discounts.

Price-match products are not eligible for additional special offers.
